Import weighbridge entries from Excel file

Supported formats: .csv, .txt (Maximum file size: 10MB)
Note: Excel files (.xlsx, .xls) require PhpSpreadsheet library to be installed.
Import Instructions
Follow these steps for successful import:
  1. Download the Excel template
  2. Fill in your weighbridge data
  3. Save the file in Excel format
  4. Upload the file using the form
Required Fields:
  • wb_ticket_no - Unique ticket number
  • wb_date - YYYY-MM-DD HH:MM:SS format
  • truck_plate - Truck plate number
  • gross_weight_kg - Numeric value
  • tare_weight_kg - Numeric value
  • operator_name - Operator name
Optional Fields:
  • dispatch_no - Related dispatch number
  • pc_number - PC number
  • driver_name - Driver name
  • net_weight_kg - Auto-calculated if not provided
  • product_type - Product type
  • notes - Additional notes
Weight Calculations
Net Weight = Gross Weight - Tare Weight

If you enable auto-calculation, the system will automatically compute net weight from gross and tare weights. You can also provide net weight directly in your Excel file.

Important Notes
Ensure all weight values are in kilograms (kg).
Use YYYY-MM-DD HH:MM:SS format for wb_date field.
The system will validate all weights and calculations before importing.
